**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Design and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the history curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach historical events, concepts, and critical analyses, covering periods such as ancient, medieval, and modern history.
- Incorporate multimedia resources, primary sources, and discussions to enrich the learning experience.
- **Student Engagement and Classroom Management**:

- Encourage students to analyze historical perspectives and understand their relevance to current events.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Use diverse teaching methods, including project-based learning, discussions, and group activities, to engage students.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and retention.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student growth and improvement.
- Keep track of student progress, attendance, and academic records, and report them to the administration.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Participate in and/or lead school events, history clubs, or student activities to promote interest in history outside the classroom.
- Organize and guide students in history-related projects, competitions, and field trips.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated on historical research, teaching methodologies, and educational trends to enhance instructional practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, interdisciplinary activities, and professional learning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
