**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **PPC Advertising Specialist** to manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across **Amazon Ads and Google Ads** platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving profitable growth through paid media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Ads**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor ACoS, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Launch and manage campaigns for new product launches.
- Optimize listings in coordination with the SEO and content teams.
- **Google Ads**:

- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ad campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies.
- Maintain budget pacing, ROI/ROAS tracking, and performance reporting.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to align advertising strategies.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising (Amazon Ads and Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Helium 10, etc.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing for ROI.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or Amazon Advertising (preferred).

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Nice-to-Have)**:

- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) for ad creatives.
- Understanding of funnel marketing and attribution models.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
