**Online Sales**:

- WhatsApp Sales: Communicate with potential customers through WhatsApp, respond to
inquiries, and facilitate sales transactions.
- Processing sales orders through WhatsApp ensuring swift and error free delivery of products
to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, build relationships, and provide product
information and support as needed.

**Social Media Management**:

- Content Creation: Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and other
multimedia materials, to share on social media platforms.
- Social Media Monitoring: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on
social media, maintaining a positive online reputation.
- Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities on
social media.

**Working Hours**:
6 days a week. 10 am to 7:30 pm (Can be flexible under special circumstances)

**Qualifications**:
Graduation with excellent communication skills in English. (Spoken Hindi and
Malayalam).
Proficient in using social media like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook etc.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
Sales and negotiation skills are advantageous.
Exposure/ knowledge art and craft products would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
