Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

2. Billing Duties:

- Prepare and issue accurate bills and invoices for patients.
- Process payments (cash, card, insurance, etc.) and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure proper documentation.

3. Administrative Support:

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies and assist in daily administrative tasks.
- Handle insurance claims and liaise with insurance providers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, biller, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skill.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
- Familiarity with hospital or clinic management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
