**Job Title: Audit Associate

**Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Accounting Experience (2-5 years)**
- Hands-on experience in managing general ledger entries, journal postings, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Familiarity with accounting standards.

**Tax Preparation and Filing (2-4 years)**
- Experience in Auditing individual, corporate, or partnership tax return

**Bank Statement Reconciliation / Audit (2-4 years)**
- Ability to analyze, reconcile, and audit high-volume bank statements.
- Familiarity with identifying and investigating discrepancies or fraud.

**Audit Support or Internal Audit Experience (1-3 years)**
- Assisting in financial audits, preparing supporting documentation, and responding to audit queries.
- Exposure to audit processes and risk assessment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in accounting, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with audit software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
