Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
3. Utilize SEO techniques to increase organic search visibility and improve website ranking on search engine results pages.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp is a plus.
10. Certifications in digital marketing platforms and technologies are desirable.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
