**Job Summary**:
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the customer experience by providing expert advice, guiding customers through our product range, and helping them make informed decisions that suit their taste and requirements. You will be the face of our brand, and your ability to deliver excellent customer service will directly impact our company’s success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and interact with customers, providing high-quality service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized guidance on furniture selection, placement, and decor solutions.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage sales process from initial contact through to closure, and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product catalog, including features, benefits, and availability.
- Handle financial transactions and ensure that the showroom’s visual standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the showroom’s operations run smoothly.
- Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and company products.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance our product offerings and services.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
