**????**Key Responsibilities**:
**????**Academic Leadership**:

- ???? Lead strategic planning, curriculum innovation, and pedagogical excellence.
- ???? Align programs with **NAAC / NBA / AACSB** standards and global best practices.
- ???? Foster interdisciplinary learning and international collaborations.

**????‍????**Faculty & Research Development**:

- ???? Recruit, mentor, and inspire faculty toward teaching and research excellence.
- ???? Strengthen research output through projects, publications, and conferences.
- ???? Organize **Faculty Development Programs**, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**????**Administrative Management**:

- ???? Oversee budgeting, staffing, and academic operations of the School.
- ???? Ensure compliance with institutional and statutory requirements.
- ???? Represent the School in university-level committees and councils.

**????**Industry & External Relations**:

- ???? Build strong alliances with corporates, professional bodies, and global institutions.
- ???? Drive **placement initiatives**, internships, and executive education programs.
- ???? Promote entrepreneurship, consultancy, and innovation-driven initiatives.

**????‍????**Student Engagement**:

- ???? Foster student growth, leadership, and ethical values.

**????**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ???? Ph.D. in Management or allied discipline from a reputed university.
- ???? Minimum **15 years** of academic experience with **5+ years** in a leadership role (Dean/Director/HOD).
- ???? Strong research record with publications and academic achievements.
- ???? Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and build academic-industry bridges.
