**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and articulate **female Video Presenter cum Counsellor (age 27-40)** to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires someone with a vibrant on-camera presence who can also provide empathetic, informative counselling to students. You’ll play a key role in content delivery, audience engagement, and community support across social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the face of our brand across video content and social media platforms.
- Present pre-prepared content with clarity, enthusiasm, and confidence on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Plan and rehearse scripts for various programs, in collaboration with the content team.
- Provide one-on-one or group counselling to students, addressing their educational and career concerns.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.
- Support and participate in community events and brand campaigns.
- Research and contribute to the ideation and development of creative content.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent brand tone in all engagements.

**Requirements**:

- Confident, and well-presentable with excellent on-camera presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and audiences.
- Multi-tasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
- Experience in hosting, public speaking, or social media presenting is a strong advantage.
- Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Creative mindset with the ability to pitch and present ideas effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Media, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in counselling, coaching, or student support.
- Familiarity with video production, live streaming, or content planning tools.
