**Position**:
LMS Support & Lecturer in IT - Australia Higher Education Institution

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide technical support and assistance to users of the LMS platform, including troubleshooting issues related to user access, course content, system functionality, and integrations.

3. Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to integrate technology tools and resources into curriculum design and delivery.

4. Assist with the configuration, customization, and testing of the LMS platform to meet the needs of our institution.

5. Develop support materials, tutorials, and documentation to supplement training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to users.

6. Stay informed about updates and new features of the LMS platform and communicate relevant information to users and stakeholders.

7. Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment where users feel empowered to explore and utilize technology effectively.

8. Conduct assessments and gather feedback to evaluate training programs' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

9. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in IT support, instructional technology, and online learning.

10. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to IT support and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting support, preferably in an educational or training environment.

3. Experience with learning management systems, preferably with expertise in multiple platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.

4. Knowledge of instructional design principles and practices, with experience in developing engaging and interactive learning experiences.

5. Familiarity with learning theory and instructional strategies for online and blended learning environments.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment.
