**Responsibilities**:

- Create course content such as presentations, video tutorials, quizzes, and assessments in formats suitable for online learning platforms (Moodle, SharePoint, or similar).
- Ensure that training materials are interactive, practical, and align with industry standards and organizational needs.
- Conduct live or recorded training sessions, webinars, and workshops as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their training needs and incorporate feedback into course design.
- Continuously update course content to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Develop clear learning objectives and outcomes for each course.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in course creation and instructional design, preferably in IT, AI, recruitment, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms like Moodle, SharePoint, or other LMS systems.
- Ability to develop interactive content using tools such as H5P, Camtasia, Articulate, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with video editing software for creating high-quality recorded lectures and tutorials.
- Familiarity with industry-standard certifications and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, AI, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing course materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
