We are looking for RMO for Galaxy Hospital, Pelhar Phata, Nalasopra East, Highway.

Qualification: MBBS Degree,
Experience - Minimum 1-2 Years in Trauma, Causality, ICU, Surgery etc.
Timing - 10 Hrs day Shift & 12 Hrs Night Shift
Hospital Strength - 30 Beds
Salary - 15000/- to 25000/- Per month. Based on knowledge and experience.
Job Role
RMO is a key member of a healthcare team who provides medical care and support to patients. Their responsibilities include:

- **Patient care**: Managing the medical care of patients from admission to discharge, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care with specialists
- **Emergency response**: Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating with emergency teams
- **Collaboration**: Working with healthcare teams, specialists, and support staff
- **Documentation**: Maintaining medical records
- **Patient education**: Communicating with patients, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- **Compliance**: Complying with all hospital policies and procedures
- **Supervision**: Supervising the daily clinical management of patients in conjunction with the nurse team leaders
- **Attendance**: Attending meetings to discuss issues, incidents, and accidents

RMOs typically work in a hospital setting under the supervision of senior medical staff. They need to have a medical degree, a valid medical license, and strong clinical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
