Handling employee welfare activities like Issue of Uniforms, Safety shoes, & Rain-suit & Gum boot.

¿ Handling unreasonable complaints pertaining to welfare activities.

- 1. Employee Welfare Activity
Implement decisions of Management pertaining to welfare of employee and maintain good & close relations with workmen for proper feedback
& provide Uniforms, Safety shoes, Rain-suit & Gumboot to employees as per schedule
2.Industrial Canteen Management
Monitoring on Industrial Canteen routine activity, Neat & Clean premises, Hygiene condition, and timely services.
3. Pantry Services
- ¿ Placing requirement prepare PR, & distribution on schedule time of Safety Shoes, Rain-suit & Gum boots, Helmets, Uniforms
¿ Prepare PR for coupon printing & Issue coupon to Time Office, & Fix Term Employees
¿ Prepare Budget
¿ Controlling on Budget
¿ Monitoring on good quality of tea, snacks & food
¿ Timely services
¿ Maintenance of neat & clean premises & hygiene condition in Industrial Canteen
¿ White washing of Industrial canteen
¿ Monthly Bill preparation & clearance
¿ Monitoring on Lunch rooms
¿ Monitoring on water cooler & supply of drinking water
¿ Use of PPEs by Canteen staff
¿ Routine medical check-up of Canteen staff
¿ Ensure that all documentary requirements as per ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 are met for Industrial Canteen
¿ Monitoring on providing tea & sancks during Training programme & seminars.
¿ Prepare Canteen coupon recovery statement of WB & O & S Staff.

¿ Timely services
¿ Provide sufficient crockery to operate pantries

- Shri Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration
- ¿ Shri Vishwakarma pooja organized every year budgeted & Co-ordinate by Welfare Section.
¿ Prepare & controlling on budget.
¿ Formation of Various committees.
¿ Participate & Co-ordinate each and every activity.
¿ Prepared & purchased list of items for pooja & Prasad.

- . Tea, & Snacks arrangement during shutdown period, Training & Seminars
- ¿ During shutdown period snacks & tea are provided to personnel engaged in shutdown and expenses are debited to the respective Department¿s Budget.

¿ All tea/snack arrangements are made on prior intimation to canteen through Welfare Section of ER Department and debited to the respective Department account code.

- . Contractor Labour Management
- ¿ Collection of Register from contractors¿ and ensure that it is maintained as per provision of C.L.Act 1970
¿ To Assist in preparation of data for bonus for contract labour
¿ Assist in Single Window Entry pass System of Contract labour
¿ Payment witness while payment of contract labour

**Qualifications**:
Master Of Social Work

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-9 Years
