**Business Development Executive**

**Passionate about sales and marketing, talking to people, building relations and achieving challenging targets**

**(Preferably female, with knowledge and experience in sales & marketing / digital marketing.**

**Tasks**

**Data Sourcing & Management -**

Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Google Search, Directories,

Government Websites and offline sources like construction directory, networking organisations referrals, sales lead generator of prospective clients’ Purchase manager, IT

Manager, Business Owner or purchasing authority of government contractors, real estate builders, government departments, commercial project developers, consultants, hotels, hospitals, institutes, large retail stores.

Maintaining the database on the internal template / software of the organisation.

**Marketing Execution -**

Handling all marketing modes like Google, Youtube, FB Insta, Website, Whatsapp, attending club meetings, kiosks, road shows, exhibitions along with a team.

Coordinating with Online & Offline Marketing Agencies for all marketing strategies & execution.

**Sales Proposals -**

Create / send presentations based on client’s requirements

Create proposal comprising of BOQ, Drawing & Quotations and send

Follow ups, negotiate and convert

**Client Coordination -**

Communicate with client for order and execution process, handover & keep in touch with service & operations execution team for ensuring successful completion & client satisfaction.

Get client reviews and testimonials.

Keep PR with client for future orders.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi & Assamese fluently (preferred)
