**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Procurement Executive - Materials** to handle sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations for **luxury incense, handicrafts, and allied product lines**. The role involves procurement of raw materials, fragrances, packaging components, and artisanal inputs, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with our premium brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement & Raw Materials**:

- Source fragrance oils, natural resins, herbs, bamboo sticks, wooden cores, and eco-friendly binding materials.
- Identify suppliers for essential oils, natural extracts, and allied raw materials.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier database across key clusters (Kannauj, Khurja, Moradabad, Firozabad, Gujarat, etc.).
- **Packaging & Allied Materials**:

- Source premium packaging - boxes, foils, ceramic/wood holders, glass jars, brass fittings, etc.
- Ensure packaging meets **luxury design, durability, and export readiness**.
- Work with design/branding teams for materials aligned with cultural and sustainability themes.
- **Vendor Development & Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers/artisans.
- Develop long-term vendor partnerships and conduct supplier audits.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Coordinate with QC team to ensure raw materials and packaging meet luxury standards.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI, BIS, REACH, IFRA, and export norms**.
- Maintain traceability documentation for all inputs.
- **Logistics & Inventory**:

- Ensure timely procurement to match production schedules.
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, and vendor performance using ERP systems.
- Optimize logistics routes and warehousing for cost efficiency.
- **Financial & Strategic Contribution**:

- Track procurement budgets vs. actuals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support new product development through innovative material sourcing.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proven expertise in **procurement & vendor management** (preferably in FMCG, perfumery, handicrafts, or luxury products).
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
- Knowledge of fragrance, incense, handicraft, and luxury packaging supply chains.
- Familiarity with compliance norms for domestic & export markets.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP tools, and procurement dashboards**.
- Willingness to travel extensively across sourcing clusters.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in **Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or Materials Management**.
- Certification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management preferred.
