Get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager and understand delivery time lines
Understand the landscape drawings and assist in preparing service BOQ and allocation of labour resources
Monitor daily site work and make sure that works are carried out as per given procedures and within time frame
Prepare physical tree inventories for projects, maintain records as per liaison and make sure that wastage is strictly minimized
Maintain progress charts and records in SAP of all resources / activities on daily basis - challans, invoices, daily progress, reconciliation records, measurement sheets and certify bills, etc. and take corrective actions
Development as per the plan & maintenance of the garden
Execution as per instructions (tree cutting/transplanting/new plantation) as per tree NOC from Municipal Corporation / Government Authority.
Ensure all safety procedures as directed by engineers are followed on site.
Implementation of various innovative agricultural technologies in gardens and parks. e.g. Reed Bed Technology, Water Harvest Technology, etc.
Supervise quality workmanship, inspect all works for accuracy and avoid rework
Maintenance of landscape after handing over to the respective Property Manager
Learn new software / skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways /improvement areas in current working/system
Oversee the planning and management of horticultural projects.
Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and clients to execute projects.
Manage the cultivation and maintenance of plants, trees, and gardens.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Provide guidance and training to horticultural staff.
