**Job Title: TELE-COUNSELOR**

**Location**: Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad

**Position**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary Range**: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month

As a Tele-Counselor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students over the phone to provide information about our educational programs and services. You will play a key role in guiding potential students through the enrollment process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to assist others in achieving their educational aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students via outbound calls to provide information about educational programs and services offered by the company.
- Answer incoming inquiries from students and provide timely and accurate information to address their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team targets and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to better serve prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in tele-counseling or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹11,820.62 - ₹38,172.30 per month
