We are recruiting for the role of Internal Audit Executive for Cochin location.

Educational qualification - CA with 3-5 years experience in manufacturing companies

**JD- Internal Audit Executive**
- Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls across various functional areas of the company at functional locations of the company.
- Perform transaction level testing of l transactions on a periodic basis and provide report to the management.
- Identify areas of weaknesses and suggest remedial actions for reinforcement of systems and processes in such areas.
- Co - ordination of internal audit / concurrent audit function by the external firm for effective conduct of the same.
- Create preventive control mechanism for key risk areas and perform the testing to check whether the controls are working effectively.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of intended control measures
- Follow-up of the action taken on the internal / statutory audit reports to be provided to the Board on a quarterly basis in close consultation with various functional heads
- Suggest measures for improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of various processes of the Company.
