**Position
- Process Trainer - Call 9156222017**
- Conduct and periodically review contents of the initial training
- Ensure the session plan is followed and all topics are covered on a timely basis
- Ensure regular assessments are conducted with trainees as per process requirement
- Develop and conduct continuing training courses for existing employees to help prepare them for cross department roles
- Using trending data from Quality Assurance reports create one-on-one or group trainings to resolve training discrepancies
- Evaluate client’s training requirements and establish training goals/completion milestones
- Facilitate and conduct role-playing, test, certification, and remediation for new and existing employees
- Assist Human Resources and Operations in participating in the selection process of potential new hires
- Provide assistance in developing cross-departmental training materials and SOPs, as required
- Manage and evaluate the results/effectiveness of training
- 1 year of experience as a trainer on papers

Permanent Role. Full Time

Experience Criterion: Overall 3 years and minimum 1.5 year of experience as a trainer (On papers)

Graduate/undergrad
- Graduation mandatory

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days NP

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
