**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Create detailed architectural designs and drawings using CAD software.
- Develop conceptual plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Work on the aesthetic, functional, and spatial design of buildings and structures.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire construction process from design to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Present design proposals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
- **Sustainability**:

- Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Advise clients on energy-efficient and sustainable options.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other architects, designers, and engineers.
- Mentor junior architects and designers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
- **Softwares Required**:AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3ds max, Lumion, Twinmotion

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
