Location**:Bathinda, Punjab

**Job Requirements**:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-driven and eager to learn and grow in the industry
- Prior knowledge of door and window products (preferred but not mandatory)
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
- Requires field sales and travel within the Tricity area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through site scanning and from architects' reference.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and dealers. (details will be shared with you)
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Assist Sales managers to negotiate and to close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the production and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Graduation - BBA, B.tech/ + MBA (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

**Please note**:
**2. Should be comfortable with field sales.**

**3. Travel Allowance will be provided.**
