**Job Description: Growth Marketing & Content Lead**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Content Lead to drive our content-led growth strategy in the B2B space. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content-driven marketing initiatives that fuel lead generation, brand authority, and revenue growth. You will own the intersection of content marketing, demand generation, and performance-driven storytelling to attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content-Led Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a content-driven growth strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Own full-funnel content marketing (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to generate leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Optimize content distribution across organic, paid, and owned channels for maximum reach and engagement.
- Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Drive content-driven lead generation campaigns, including gated assets, landing pages, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify high-performing content across paid search, LinkedIn, and other demand-gen channels.
- Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership
- Create compelling, sales-aligned content—whitepapers, case studies, reports, ABM assets—to drive conversations.
- Own thought leadership content (executive blogs, industry reports, LinkedIn ghostwriting).
- Content Operations & Team Collaboration
- Manage content production workflow, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-impact, high-quality content.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, design, and paid teams to integrate content into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay on top of industry trends to create innovative content formats (AI-generated content, interactive assets, video, etc.).

**Qualifications**:
5-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.

Proven track record of content-led lead generation & pipeline impact.

A decent understanding of SEO, paid content amplification, and performance marketing.

Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Experience in MarTech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B industries is a plus.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
