Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of 4 to 5 members functionally.
- Lead enterprise and inhouse driven projects.
- Identify process improvisation opportunities.
- Ensures SOX compliance and no comments in audits.
- Establish relationship with stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve vendor queries and invoice/payment related issues to ensure invoice are timely processed and paid.
- Lead Month end close activities.
- Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Evaluate and oversee business controls and financial integrity of the business processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree or equivalent with typically 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Team handling experience
- Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication (written & oral)
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
- Excellent analytical and spreadsheet/presentation skills
- Self-driven, have ability to drive the team and work independently.
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation
