Acts as a facilitator in the nursing induction program & ensure to cover the staff of the assigned area.
- Conduct test & certify nurses in induction on basic skills
- To assess & identify any learning need of staff in her area & then plan with Nursing Educator to organize & execute retraining for them
- To assist Nursing Educator in making protocols, care plans & audit checklists
- To give incidental teachings on rounds & demonstrate skills whenever appropriate
- To conduct code blue drills
- To keep a record of in-service attendance of staff & motivate those with less attendance.
- To coordinate with Dr’s for in-service classes
- To assist Nursing Educator in conducting practical exams for trainees
- To conduct nursing audits periodically
- Any other task assigned by the HOD and management

**Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills**

**Required Education**

B.Sc. Nursing

**Experience**

Minimum of 1 year

**Knowledge and Specific Skills**

Should be able to conduct training programs & evaluate efficiently, Good orator & teaching abilities, Should possess practical knowledge, Good interpersonal skills, and Current knowledge on changing Nursing trends, and Should be able to demonstrate ability to work with physicians & other departments.

**Experience**:

- Hospital: 2 years (preferred)
