**Urgent Job Opening - PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Full-Time)**

**Location**: B3, B4, First Floor, We Space, Women Apparel Park, INKEL Tower II, Angamaly South - 683573
- Supervise daily garment production activities on sewing lines.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and work targets effectively.
- Ensure production output meets buyer timelines and delivery schedules.
- Monitor quality during production and reduce defects or rework.
- Balance lines to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
- Train operators in knit & woven fabric handling and correct sewing methods.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and motivation of operators.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Merchandising, Quality, and Finishing teams.
- Track daily production reports and share updates with management.
- Implement lean practices to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
- Ensure safe, clean, and compliant shop floor environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in operator performance and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
