**What we need**

We are currently looking for an Application Monitoring Analyst/Associate with solid communication skills and Technical Support practitioner.

**What You’ll Do**

The job involves the following responsibilities:

- Good understanding and administration of monitoring tools like Nagios/ELK/Grafana/Prometheus
- Scheduled Job monitoring
- Incident management and problem management
- Outage communication and coordination
- Basics of ITIL
- Exposure to Application, server, network, DB, Storage monitoring
- Experience in troubleshooting and identifying issues in the IT infrastructure environment.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix Fundamentals, on various subsystems like (memory, storage, networks, CPU, disk, filesystems & services etc.).
- Knowledge of unix scripting would be an added advantage.
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Should be comfortable working on shifts 24/7
- Hand on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools Solarwinds, Nagios, Able to react to Nagios alerts and actioning, perform initial triage and escalate as needed Server management.
- Strong experience in maintaining Dashboards for Server and Network Monitoring, Monitor network traffic & health, bandwidth, hardware, uptime and performance
- Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow up status on identified tasks.
- Daily / Weekly Report preparation based on the specified format and sending the same to pre-assigned set of recipients.
- Maintain, update and implement the standard escalation procedures in sync with the communication plan On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts according Roles and Responsibilities

**Who We Need**

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

- 1 to 3 years of experience with Application and Infrastructure monitoring in a global enterprise environment, Strong experience in creation and fine tuning of advanced alerts for monitored nodes.
- Great documentation and communication skills
- It would also help if you have a Bachelor in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai - 400070, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
