Title: Nexthink Architect - L4
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (India)

12-18 Years - Desktop/Server support, System Administration, Nexthink, AD, SCCM, Service Now
8+ years of experience in Nexthink
- Requirements gathering from Customer
- Responsible for overall Plan and design of Nexthink Architecture
- Prepare Nexthink Implementation & Deployment Project & Execution Plan
- Responsible for managing Nexthink Appliance via Linux command line.
- Creation of Nexthink process documentations
- Responsible for preparing Nexthink test cases and Test execution
- Coordinate with Client SME for Nexthink Implementation, Testing and Deployment sign off
- Integrate Chatbot and IMC REST API in Service Now
- Effort Estimation
- Coordinate with Network team, AD team, SCCM team, Datacenter Team and Wintel teams for addressing Project dependencies
- Build the Nexthink Engine from the scratch and configure AD site code
- Envision, Plan & deploy Nexthink operational Cofigurations like Investigations, Alerts, Dashboards, Hirerarchy, Services, categories etc..
- Create scripts in Powershell for Nexthink Act modules.
- Review Nexthink Engineering/Deployment project plan and progress
- Participate in program and project review meetings
- Coordination with BAU team for handover
- Responsible for overall reporting and technical documentation need

**Profile**:

- Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment (Shift will depend on the Project)
- Strong Knowledge of Nexthink concepts, Architecture and Operational configurations
- Good knowledge and implementation of NLP - Natural Language Processing
- Strong knowledge in Win 7 / Win 8 / windows 10 Operating System
- Good Knowledge of Desktop Support operations on L2 and L3 levels and incident management, Problem Management & Change Management
- Good Knowledge of Linux /Unix Commands
- Good Knowledge of SCCM deployment
- Advanced knowledge Saas and On-Premise environment
- Good Customer orientation and coordination skills
- Good knowledge in deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Servers
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Good Working knowledge in PowerShell scripting

**Certifications**:
Nexthink Architecture Certification - Mandatory
- Windows 7 and / or Windows 8 / windows 10 Certified
- Nexthink IT Support Module Certification - Mandatory
- Nexthink IT Admin Module Certification - Mandator

Pay: ₹985.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
