**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Proven experience in tele sales /tele calling/customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
