**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Corporate Governance and Compliance

2. Creating Agreement

3. Countering Any Notice

4. Infringement of brand notice

5. Payment Default Notice

6. Contract Agreement Verification

7. Addressing the government legal department for any kind of notice.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- LLB in law or equivalent law degree from an accredited law University.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on business transactions, M&A, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Proven experience in handling corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
- Experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams on legal issues.
- **Salary: 25000 onwards**
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, business regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
