Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. This includes identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with clients, creating marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and analyzing sales and marketing performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales:

- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities and report on progress.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast future sales.

Marketing:

- Manage social media presence and create engaging content.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Create marketing materials (e.g., brochures, website content, presentations).
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing alignment.
- Organize and attend industry events and conferences.
- General:

- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall team effort.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing (X years of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
