- Installation of ERP (Visual GEMS) on both server and client end

**2. Implementation, enhancement & monitoring**
- Master data creation and management
- Style costing, Order booking, Tracking, follow up & Completion reporting & administration
- Raw materials procurement and processing follow up & reporting & administration
- Production & Processing, reconciliation reporting work flow & administration Inventory management of all type of goods
- Stock movement and sales, reporting & administration
- Bill tracking and booking
- Financial accounting masters and ledgers
- Voucher entries as per type
- Bank payments and receipts
- Shipping’s custom pre-shipping and post shipping invoices
- All type of reports

**3. Training and supervision of ERP Modules**
- Administration of master entries Scheduled training for SOP implemented ERP transactions
- Planned ERP modules (Merchandising, Inventory, Production, Purchase, Masters, etc.) training to individuals or group user.
- BOM creation and updating
- Crystal reports design, modification and amendment
- Supervision of ERP on both server and client end
- SQL queries and amendment through back end
- Generate new requirements and ideas within existing ERP and get it enhanced from vendor end

**4. ERP Commercial skills**
- Data analysis and reporting (Extracting Analyzing and Presenting)
- Process improvement with effective use of ERP
- Store administration
- Documentation, design and management
- Billing administration through system
- Stock ageing
- Reporting (Order, Purchase, Consumption and Inventoryetc)
