**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Key Responsibilities and Typical Duties include the following:

- To perform Incident and Change management
- To update key control systems according to procedure and in a timely manner
- To participate in post incident reviews for client impacting incidents

**Qualifications**:
Experience - Required:

- Hands on with Unix Commands, Shell scripting and SQL
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and understanding Oracle DB concepts indexing and execution plan
- Hands on experience in writing automation utilities using shell scripting/python or any other tool
- Knowledge of scheduling tools Autosys/Control-M

Experience - Desirable:

- Greatly valued if AWS Certified in Cloud Practitioner
- Exposure to monitoring (SLA/Flow/Milestone) & Visualization tools like Geneos, Grafana, Splunk, Kibana, AWS Cloudwatch etc.
- Exposure to ServiceNow tool/Environment.

- Strong written communication skills
- Flexible, co-operative and resilient
- Ability to handle multiple issues at the same time

- Must be able to meet deadlines and adjust productivity to support peak volumes
