- Shift Timings: 7:30 pm IST to 06:30 Am IST
- Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive *Insurance Sales Representative* to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will use the *VICI dial system* to connect with potential clients across the US, educate them on insurance options, and close sales. This is a performance-driven position ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people find the right insurance coverage.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based leads using VICI dial - Educate prospects on insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.) based on their needs - Qualify leads, explain policy features, and recommend the best-fit plans - Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets - Build trust and rapport with clients to drive long-term relationships - Manage and update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM system - Handle objections professionally and provide clear, accurate information - Follow up on warm leads and re-engage cold leads as needed - Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance guidelines - Work collaboratively with team leads and attend regular coaching or training sessions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
