**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently set up and operate manual and CNC lathes for various turning operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions accurately.
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain strict tolerances.
- Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments, and ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance of lathe machines and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or machining processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs and quality checks.
- Follow safety standards and company operating procedures at all times.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in lathe operations (manual or CNC).
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and machine setup.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and work instructions.
- Experience in precision machining and working to tight tolerances.
- Good understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
- Physically fit to handle metal components and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
