**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop breakdown.
- Manage spare parts for improving downtime of machine.
- Support to achieve Zero Quality defects.
- Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop.
- Maintain 5S & TPM Score.
- Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Ensure that there is adherence to all Discipline norms by Associates, ITI.
- Monitor & control plant day to day issues.
- Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
- Improving the quality by continuous improvement.
- Resolve improvement action items generated through kaizen safety round, TPM, CI etc.
- Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
- Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM, Electrical system / assembly & test cell equipment.
- Maintain the discipline of the work force.
- Ensure machine safety & interfacing with other machine etc.
- LOTO Risk assessments and work permits & Safety practices implementation.

Electrical System Troubleshooting - Analyzes an electrical control system to resolve and repair electrical issues to return the system to proper operating conditions.

Factory Automation and Control Systems - Implements changes to further automate manufacturing processes using available technology, programming techniques, and identifying needed material and resources for project completion to provide the optimum automation for the manufacturing environment.

Machine Programming - Creates factory floor machine programs by designing and implementing solutions to improve usage of machine and overall operation.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:
Electronic / Electrical Diploma (DEE). Electronic & Electrical Maintenance especially for Machine shop

**Experience**:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. 4-5 Years of experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Skills Required:

- Should have hands on experience on break down& trouble shooting on variety of CNC machines. FANUC, REXROTH control, Siemens Control, MAZAK, MAG, GROB etc
- Knowledge of electronics measuring system & devices.
- Sound knowledge of Siemens PLC \ HMI programming.
- Familiar with CNC machine architecture, PLC programming, SCADA, Electrical logic, VFD etc.
- Familiar with machine back-up, upload, down load. Also in-depth knowledge of machine working sequence.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc based CNC machine.
- Hands on experience on KUKA, ABB Robot trouble shooting.
- Robot programming experience add advantage.
