**About the Role**

Kritech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic **IT Presales Trainee** to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop technical and commercial expertise in IT presales. Through comprehensive training, you will gain the skills to connect customer requirements with innovative IT solutions from leading OEMs.

**Key Responsibilities1. Technical Understanding**
- Learn IT products and solutions across domains such as Networking, Data Storage, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Surveillance.
- Develop expertise in OEM offerings and their unique value propositions.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

**2. Customer Engagement**
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer technical insights.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to explain solutions' technical aspects.
- Address client queries and coordinate with OEMs to provide effective solutions.

**3. Sales Support**
- Support in creating techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Recommend appropriate IT solutions based on customer needs to drive sales.
- Work with OEMs and distributors to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

**4. Training and Development**
- Attend training sessions by the company and OEMs to enhance knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry.
- Develop the ability to balance technical knowledge with commercial objectives.

**Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background**
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
- MBA (optional but preferred) with a focus on IT, Marketing, or Sales.

**Technical Skills**
- Basic understanding of Networking, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Data Storage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Soft Skills**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
