**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate analytical capability to perform analysis on active issues, identifying resolution & performing root cause analysis

**Required Qualifications**

Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.

Person should have above qualifications and 0-2 years of experience in relevant disciplines including:

- Should have strong understanding of JAVA, SQL and UNIX
- Exceptional problem solving skills with strong programming fundamentals & algorithms (strong analytical skills).
- Experience of working on agile teams & exposure on scrum/ Kanban boards on tools such as JIRA
- Experience of working on DevSecOPS tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, ) and understand/ creation experience of creating CICD pipelines for build and deployment
- Good knowledge of operating systems including UNIX and windows (scripting knowledge such as powershell and bash).

**Preferred Qualifications**- Service Now
- Monitoring Tools (SumoLogic/ScienceLogic/Dynatrace etc.)
- Scheduling Tools such as TWS, Tidal
- Working or theoretical knowledge of working of cloud environments such as AWS
