**About the Company**:Kennect is a high growth SaaS startup working with global enterprises to help them drive Sales behaviors using their Sales Incentive Plans and bring transparency to the entire process. The company is in its growth stage expanding its team from its current strength of ~20 team members to 50+ team members in the next 6 months.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
- Define design directions and language for social media, packaging, marketplace, website, performance marketing, YT, offline collaterals ,theme specific, interior collaterals etc.
- Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with Creative Ideas
- Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
- Applicants with 0 - 1 year of experience having strong understanding of communication design fundamentals such as visual storytelling, compositions, colour, design principles etc.
- Hands on experience: Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator, Canva or similar
- Strong Design Portfolio
- Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills
- Impressive design communication skills. That's basically the ability to sell a design idea to a born engineer, simply.
- Strong aesthetic sense of visual design.
