We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be accountable for analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for This Company by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.

What you will do
- Responsible for execution of global standard methodologies and processes for Network Optimization of radio networks.
- Engage proactively with the customer leadership and with sales organizations in Circle to drive leads generation. Key role in reinforcing add
- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
- You will together with the respective project/program organization improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactively drive efficiencies via tools, process and innovative delivery strategies. Have ownership of all tool platforms required for Optimization in circle.
- You will ensure that required tools and automation is deployed, operated and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
- Proposal for coverage/capacity improvement, Network optimization to meet the acceptance target.
- Lead C-Level customer presentations (Customer CTO, Network Optimization Head etc.) where required and proactively engage on a regular basis within the customer organization to identify needs, expectations and develop close relationships.

Must Have Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Lead by example and take accountability to deliver. Build a positive, high energy team and culture to achieve goals. Minimum 12 years of proven experience in ICT Industry Good understanding of 4G/5G functionalities, parameters and performance management tools Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding service environment with changing and tight deadlines. Strong and validated negotiation and conflict leadership skills. Vast experience in 4G/5G Network Optimization services delivery Education: B.E. or an equivalent university degree (as minimum qualification). Minimum years of experience: 10 Years Domain: NDO
