**Responsibilities**:
Routine Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Identify and replace worn-out or malfunctioning components to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform repairs and adjustments to machinery to restore functionality.
Collaborate with production teams to address immediate concerns and minimize production interruptions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and any significant findings.
Generate reports on equipment performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with safety officers to implement and improve safety protocols related to machinery maintenance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
