Key Responsibilities
- **Tender Identification and Analysis**:
- Monitor various tender portals and other sources for new tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents to understand requirements and assess feasibility.
- **Tender Preparation and Submission**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, financial, legal) to gather required information and documentation.
- Prepare detailed and compliant tender submissions, including technical, financial, and legal components.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4years of experience in tender management.
- **Skills**:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:
- Liaise with government officials, clients, and suppliers to obtain necessary information and clarify tender requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the tender process.
- **Follow-up and Reporting**:
- Track and follow up on submitted tenders to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
- **Market and Industry Research**:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance tendering strategies and increase the chances of success.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
