**Job description**:

- To maintain high ethical standards in coaching, Ensure players keep up to date with their knowledge and prepare all the sessions in advance.
- To attend meetings and report on progress. To provide constructive feedback and assist in the overall club’s development.
- To offer the club feedback on the organization and degree of success of the team’s coaching and competitions
- To travel to training and competitions.
- To inform the Head Coach in advance of any sessions you cannot attend. Failing to do so will lead to deduction on salary.
- Plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions in the Grassroots development phase with the Academy philosophy and coaching syllabus.
- Construct and deliver monthly individual player progress reviews with players and relevant coaching staff.
- Lead by example by being diligent and observant at all times.
- Ensure safety & risk are considered within all projects alongside the Head of Academy & Welfare.
- Ensure a safe and respectable learning environment for all players and coaches to maximize their holistic development.
