**Job Title: Accounts Payable**
**Experience: 2 to 4 Years**
**Location: Mulund, Mumbai**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Verification of Raw Material (RM) purchases received at the plant with associated documents including Bill, Purchase Order (PO), Weight Slip, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
- Monthly ledger reconciliation of RM purchases
- Preparation and posting of Debit Notes (DN) and Credit Notes (CN)
- Handling data entry related to DN/CN
- Preparation of vendor and supplier payments
- Updating bank files and transaction records
- Checking and uploading online payment files
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Assisting with basic HR responsibilities as and when required
**Required Skills**:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Working knowledge of ledger and bank reconciliation
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.)
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle both accounts and HR-related tasks when required
- Strong communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
