**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to manage client interactions over the phone. You will play a key role in promoting our salon’s services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about salon services, offers, and packages.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records with accurate contact details and preferences.
- Promote loyalty programs, special events, and seasonal discounts to boost client engagement.
- Address client concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
- Collaborate with the salon team to stay updated on service offerings, pricing, and promotions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the beauty and wellness industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing appointment scheduling software and client databases.
- Persuasive and confident when promoting services or offers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
