In-house Visual Communication Designer

Our company is seeking a talented and motivated in-house visual communication designer to join our team. As our visual communication designer, you will be responsible for developing creative and engaging visual designs for various mediums, including digital and print. Your designs will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and communicating our message to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and effective visual designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, flyers, and posters
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the brand's message and marketing objectives
- Create and design marketing campaigns and promotions that effectively communicate our products and services
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all mediums
- Manage and maintain the company's design assets and style guides
- Work with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality design production
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Present designs and concepts to internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Indesign)
- Experience with Branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and technical skill

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
