As a highly focused independent consultancy, we leverage our in-house talent and experts from various fields to build lasting brands.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Visual Lead (Graphic Designer) at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy. The role is on-site and located in New Delhi. The Visual Lead will be responsible for developing graphics and visual content, designing logos, creating branding materials, and working with typography. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team, executing design projects, and ensuring that all visual materials are aligned with the brand's identity and objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, website, and more.Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand tone and identity.Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.Maintain design standards and ensure all output is innovative, high-quality, and on-brand.Stay updated on design trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.Own the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or brand side).Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo DesignExperience in Branding and working with TypographyStrong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skillsProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldExperience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industry is a plusImmediate joining.
