**Roles and Responsbilities**

Input and manage data within the Odoo ERP system, including customer information, sales orders, purchase orders, inventory data, and other relevant data sets.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and conducting necessary research or follow-ups.

Regularly update and maintain existing data records in the Odoo ERP system, including customer records, product information, pricing details, and supplier data.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Generate reports and summaries of data as required by management or other stakeholders.

Assist in data migration or integration projects, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data between systems.

Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry, data management, and system usage.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Good understanding of business processes and data workflows within an ERP system.

Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
