**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Poster & Video Creation**:

- Design visually appealing posters, banners, and infographics for online and offline campaigns.
- Create engaging video content for social media, ads, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all content.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- **Google Ads**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Perform keyword research and optimize bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments.
- **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**:

- Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Optimize ads for performance and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
- Analyze ad metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for poster and video creation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
