The **Marketing and Sales Trainee** will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales teams in executing various strategies aimed at business growth. This role is designed for fresh MBA graduates seeking hands-on experience in both marketing and sales management. The trainee will be trained on product knowledge, customer relationship management, sales techniques, and marketing strategies under the guidance of senior professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop core skills and gain exposure to the dynamic interior design industry.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide detailed product information.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Assist senior sales members during client meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Ensure presentations align with company branding and sales objectives.
- Support product demonstrations by explaining product details to potential clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking progress, and documenting client interactions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Assist in analyzing competitor products and identifying business opportunities.
- Undergo a 3-month training program to develop product knowledge, sales strategies, and client communication skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing (Fresh Graduate).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in the interior design industry is an advantage
