**Job Overview**: We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in the digital media agency. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target audience.
- Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms, including copy, images, and videos, that is on-brand and tailored to specific social media channels.
- Manage social media accounts, including monitoring and responding to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and other key metrics.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize campaigns and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide regular updates on social media campaign performance and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Passion for social media and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

**Location**: M.G Road, Mulund(W), Mumbai - 400080

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sion, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
